These chairs are cheaply made and extremely uncomfortable to sit in. My chair had melted plastic pieces holding the ropes together. If you want to return one you have to pay huge shipping plus a restocking fee so you only get half of your money back for buying a substandard chair. These chairs are definitely not worth it.

I am loving my hammock swing. It took me a little whilo to figure out how to set it up but actually it wasn't that bad. It is very comfortable and made very well. This is the first time I have sat in an outside chair for any length of time because of its' comfort.

We love our new hammock chairs. They are sturdy, attractive and good quality. The instructions were a bit difficult to understand, but not too bad.

The customer service on this product was stellar. It was nice to have Really good customer focus on something. I would buy from this company again!
